Before real estate, I worked as a teacher, which shaped how I work with clients today. Teaching taught me how to explain complex information clearly, remain patient under pressure, and solve problems calmly. I speak English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian, which allows me to communicate clearly with clients from many backgrounds and ensures nothing gets lost in translation during an already stressful process.
After more than 30 years renting and selling homes in Broward County and helping place over 250 households I’m not just familiar with the market. I understand how neighborhoods function, how timing affects availability, and how landlord expectations influence approvals. That experience allows me to anticipate challenges before they become obstacles.
